The Customer Solutions Associate position is located in Ankeny, IA. The person in this role will be responsible for processing customers orders, scheduling deliveries, monitoring production concerns and communicating with customers. Works with customers, production and marketing to timely respond to and resolve customer complaints. Will be responsible for the telephone switchboard and other various office responsibilities.
Position Overview
30% Process incoming orders
30% Schedule delivery of orders with transportation companies
20% Ongoing communication with customers
5% Receive and process customer complaints
5% Monitor switchboard for incoming calls
10% Other duties as delegated by office management

Requirements |
Required:
* Basic computer experience with MS Office products is required.
* High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong customer service skills.
Preferred:
* B.S. or B.A. college degree is preferred.
* Prior office experience is desired.
* Agricultural background
Relocation will not be provided for this position.
