Description |
* Dynamic opportunity to participate in a Retirement Counseling role with Prudential Retirement's Individual Solutions team.
* Provide participants/clients with retirement solutions utilizing the Consultative Model for retaining assets and asset consolidation opportunities.
* Provide counseling for Plan Participants, specifically with key net flow activities, including asset consolidation, contribution increases, Retirement Readiness concepts and participation in the plan.
* Provide Plan Participants with solutions/counseling utilizing the Consultative Model at separation of service and retirement.
* Partner with Individual Solution's Client Management team to ensure optimal client experience.

Requirements |
* Minimum of 3 years sales experience in the financial services industry required.
* Series 6 required upon hire; Series 7 required within 60 days of hire; Series 63, 65, (or 66) required within 120 days of hire.
* In-depth knowledge of retirement industry and products strongly preferred.
* Excellent communication skills.
